No, it is an unannounced Next-Gen MMO. And that doesn't mean an expansion for World of Warcraft either.This has pretty much confirmed that the new project will not be taking place in the WoW universe, unless it's an all-new sequel. Prime candidates for this project could be the StarCraft or Diablo franchises, or Blizzard could shock the world with something that's completely original. Personally, we're hoping for The Lost Vikings in MMO form, but that's rather a long shot. We'll keep you posted with new developments on this exciting unannounced project.

We ran a story a few weeks ago regarding job listings on Blizzard's official website. The listings spoke of a new "next-gen MMO" and as such, speculation began as to what the game might be.
